To make a return, all you need to do is:

1. Take the advice note from your parcel.
2. Pack up your return as you normally would in the packaging you received it in.
3. Detach the returns label from your advice note.
4. Attach the returns label to the outside of your package.
5. Take the parcel to your nearest Parcel Connect store. There are over 1,000 stores nationwide

When it comes to delivering your product, our delivery team also known as 'Team Knowhow' have certainly got the muscle. We deliver the big bulky products like large screen TVs above 43". To save you the hassle, we'll even recycle your old product and remove the packaging - for free. What's more, if you change your mind, we also offer free returns. 

We deliver our large items 6 days a week between Monday and Saturday and will always aim to deliver between 2 - 7 working days.  In more remote areas this could extend beyond 7 working days, please see 'Where we deliver' section below.  After you place your order, a member of our online team will call you to discuss the next available delivery date. 

Small products such as mobile phones, TVs under 43", tablets, Accessories are couriered to you by our delivery partners - DPD and AnPost.
